a Patient in the Bronx

.
Good evening my friends,
It's day #23 of drinking ONLY pure water and eating ONLY sweet, juicy, fruit.

In Dr. Johanna Brandt's "Conquer Cancer, Naturally," I read:

"There was a patient in the Bronx -
a middle-aged woman,
the mother of a large family.

When first I visited her,
she said she was in the final stage of cancer
of the stomach and bowel.
Vomiting night an day!

When this stage has been reached,
it is NOT considered wise to begin
drastic treatment.

But that death chamber was charged
with so much filial love and
passionate anxiety
that I had NOT the heart to refuse my help.

Just a few grapes were give at a time.
Within twenty-four hours the vomiting stopped.
the desperate strain was relieved.

But the emaciated victim went steadily down,
passing though all the phases of
debility and weakness until she
actually reached the unconscious stage.

The grim struggle for life
lasted nearly two months.
One healing crisis succeeded another.
Finally her legs began to swell.

"This is the end,"
one of her sons whispered.

"Yes," I replied,
"This is the end of the Cure."
The poisons had now been collected
in a safe place.

The family members were instructed to
wrap the swollen limbs in grape compresses
in order to open the pores.

In a day or two - tomorrow,
the swellings would probably subside.

The next day found a distinct improvement
in the conditions and soon
NO trace was left of these dropsical symptoms.

Wonderful to relate,
the hard mass in the ascending colon
had been disappearing gradually.
Nothing was left of that.

And the stomach was now so normal and strong
that the patent's incessant demand was for "Food."

Never Sick!

.
Good morning my friends,
It's day #22 of drinking ONLY pure water and eating ONLY sweet, juicy, fruit.

Today while reading Professor Arnold Ehret's "Rational Fasting,"
I came across this passage:

"If anybode would live from childhood,
on absolutely mucusless food,
and feed on Nothing but Fruit,
it would be just as certain that
he could grow neither old NOR sick."

Ah ha!

.
Good afternoon folks,
It's day #21 of drinking ONLY water and eating ONLY fruit.

While fasting yesterday I noticed
something quite odd.
Instead of craving sweet, juicy fruit,
I longed for avacados, and olives that were
maronated in salt and vinagar.

Me thinks we've found the culprit!
So now I think I'll steer away from those
two foods and see how that affects both
my appitiete as well as my cravings.

Isn't this fun?

Problem and Solution

.
Good morning folks,
It's day #20 of drinking ONLY water and eating ONLY fruit.

Problem:

Over the last three {or more} days, I've noticed two things.

#1 My appetite seemed to be getting larger and larger.
So much so that I'm over eating to the point of indigestion.

#2 My cravings for overt fat
{such as olives and avocados which should only be eaten in moderation}
as well as NON-fruit foods
were also increasing.

Solution:

I am inspired by the advice of Essie Honiball from her book
"I Live on Fruit," to fast.

There are so many different types of fasts.
Which one should I use?
Today I choose to use {what I like to call}
A Novice Fast.

What's that?
Taken from the Theravada flavor of Buddhism
{that is popular in South East Asia}
One eats a breakfast at {or before} dawn and
one eats "lunch" at 10:30 am.

Then one consumes only:
-air,
-sunlight
and
-water
until the next day's breakfast.

Many long term fruitarians have found this to be a very effective way of
rapidly taming their cravings.
For me, it feels like using "control-alt-delete" to
restart one's PC.

100% Fruit - Day #19

Good morning folks,

In Dr. Bob Owne's "Roger's Recovery form AIDS"
We can read how a man recovered from AIDS on a
100% fruitarian diet.

If a fruitarian diet can do that, then
I'm hopeful it could also improve my
comparatively pedestrian health concerns of:
Weakness, Muscle spasms, Motor ticks and Gate-loss.

100% Fruit - Day #17

Good Afternoon folks,

In Anne Osborne's,
"
Fruitarianism: the Path to Paradise"
it is written:

"In conclusion, I believe that humans do NOT necessarily need
overt fats in their diet to be happy and healthy.
reviously menioned, alchemy occurs withing life formes.

We are allmagicians;
we take one thing,
pass it thought our bodies
and it becomes part of us!

A cow creates rich, faty milk with
the ingredients of low fat grasses and
the helpful bacteriea within her stomachs,

a spider creates very poisonous toxins from
a deit of NOT very toxic flies,
and a silkworm creates a very stong and
luxuariant thread from Mulberrry leaves.

As we are all alchemists,
we do NOT need to eat muscle to create muscle
(just see the Gorilla for an azazing example of
a musclebound vegan).

Similarly, we do NOT need to
eat fat to create fat.

We ingetst vital fruits and our bodies change their
subtle energies to create our own selves.

Our amazing bodies, if
fed good, pure and light foods
grown on mineral rich soil,
will use thees foods to
give us a wonderful life. "

As you can plainly see, Anne Osborne's book is wonderful and
well worth buying!

100% Fruit - Day #16

Good Morning folks,

In Anne Osborne's,
"
Fruitarianism: the Path to Paradise"
on page 15 it is written:

"It is very difficult to overeat on a mono diet of sweet juicy fruit;
we simply stop when we are satisfied.
I would say that it would be virtually impossible to become
overweight on a mono fruit diet.

Look to Nature, there are simply NO overweight animals that
live in their natural habitat and instinctively eat a mono diet."

9am - 2 Tablespoons of Goji berries and 8 tablespoons of rasins
soaked in 16oz of water overnight and
blended with two bananas.

11am - 1 apple and 2 bananas

1pm - 1 large bowl of red grapes

5pm - 1/2 Avacado, 10 Olives and 1 pint of Blueberries

100% Fruit - Day # 15

Good Morning folks,

In Dr. Johanna Brandt's,
"How to Conquer Cancer, Naturally,"
on page 17 it is written:

"Encouraged by this mark of sympathy,
I fasted three weeks in December,
drinking pure water only and
lying in the morning sun.

When, after six months,
I went under the X-ray again,
NO trace of the {cancerous} growth
could be found!"

100% Fruit - Day 10

.

Yep, whether detox manifests physically or emotionally, it ain't much fun.
One one hand, it's good for those poisons to get out.
On the other hand it can also be good to moderate the detox rate or intensity.
That's where fatty fruits can come in.

So for the next week or so I'm going to play with the practice of having
one "Savory Fruit Salid" every evening consiting of:
- Cucumbers,
- Tomatoes and
- 1/4 to 1/2 avacado.

O.K. It's time to do Body-weight Strength-training and
then, i'm off to begin my Morning Meditation session.

Dinner

Tonight's dinner, was what I'd call a "Savory Fruit Salid."
I cubed two enormous and scary looking herloom tomatoes and then
added 1/4 avacado.
Wow, it was delicious.

For desert I'm planning on eating an obscene amount of cherrys.
Ain't summer grand?

Om Mani Padme Hum ;-)

Lunch

Today's lunch was:
a bowl of Healing, red grapes,
an apple and
a banana.

100% Fruitarian - Day #7

Good Morning, gang!

Today's breakfast again was 8 tablespoons of
organic, sun-dried, Goji berries.
BUT this time instead of soaking them over night I just
soaked them for two hours.

I think I prefer them this way.

I just ordered 5 lbs of
organic, sun-dried, Thompson seedless rasins.
I'm hopeful this will aid my budgit crunch.
