It's day #58 of drinking ONLY pure water and eating ONLY sweet, juicy, fruit.
Yep, it's so easy, even a monk can do it!
#1 Create a new folder called "Fruit."
#2 use images.google.com to search for
images of both fruit as well as pictures of
beautiful models eating fruit.
#3 Save each of those images to your new folder.
#4 Right click on your desktop.
#5 Left click on "Personalize."
#6 Left click on "Screen Saver."
#7 Left click on the arrow for the pull-down menu.
#8 Left click on the "Photos" option.
#9 Left click on the "Settings" button.
#10 Left click on the "Browse" button.
#11 Browse for your new "Fruit" folder and then Left-click it.
#12 Left click on "OK."
#13 Left click on the "Slide Show Speed" arrow.
#14 Left click on "Fast."
#15 Left click on "Save."
#16 Left click on "OK."
#17 Close the "Personalization" dialog box.
Presto Change-o, your screen saver is now a

4pm...5th cup of Water
5pm...1 Tomato, 1 Cucumber and 1 Bell Pepper
6pm...4 Bananas
8pm...6th cup of Water
9pm...large bowl of Grapes
